Installing the COME APK
Android installs apps from outside an app store only after you allow it. Here's that step, the install, and what to do if it stops.
Allow Installation From This Source
When you open the APK, Android may say your phone isn't allowed to install unknown apps from this source.
- Tap Settings on the message.
- Turn on Allow from this source for the app you used (for example Chrome or Files).
- Go back; the install screen appears.
On older Android versions this may be a single Unknown sources switch in Security settings.
Which App Needs Permission?
The one that opened the file. If you allowed Chrome but opened the file from the Files app, allow Files too, or reopen the file from Chrome's Downloads list.
Install
Check the install screen names COME, then tap Install. When it finishes, tap Open.
If It Stops

| Nothing happens when you tap the file | The download may be incomplete; download again |
| "App not installed" | Free storage; download a fresh file; try again |
| "Problem parsing the package" | The file is incomplete or damaged; download again on a steady connection |
| Conflict with an existing package | An older COME is installed; sign in to COME in the browser first, then uninstall the old app and install |
| Play Protect warning | Cancel; don't turn Play Protect off |
| Message about device policy or parental approval | This phone can't install it as it is; use the browser |
After Installing
Delete the APK from Downloads. You can switch off the install permission in Settings → Apps → [browser] → Install unknown apps.
